Are you detail oriented, and do you want to help make the world a better place?

Seemingly small details make a big difference, and our company is looking for motivated individuals to help keep communities where people live clean and presentable, directly helping the people who live there have a safer, more comfortable, and enjoyable life.

No experience is necessary, but we do need energy and a willingness to learn.

We are an established local company that has been in business for over 30 years, so you will have stability and the ability to work your way up to larger communities and into different trade positions such as maintenance technician (HVAC, pools, etc), or skilled home renovation.

Since you will working in an area where people live, including the elderly and women, we do require a clean background check with no violent felonies, and no non-violent felonies in the past 7 years.

Bilingual is a plus. Functioning transportation is a must. Depending where you are needed you will work at different properties in one day.

You will have the ability to receive health insurance, dental, and vision care for you and your family, with the employer covering a large portion of the expense.

As a full-time employee, if you are interested, you will be entitled to discounted rent at any of our 40+ communities.
