Grout & Stone Technician – Independent Contractor – $200–$300 daily

Growing, nationally recognized hard-surface restoration company with over a decade in business is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Grout & Stone Restoration Technician / Independent Contractor.

Part-time to full-time work available. This is a long-term opportunity with room to grow for the right person.

As an independent contractor, you have flexibility to control your availability and accept work based on your schedule. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent earning potential without being tied to a traditional employee schedule.

Most of our work is in Manhattan, with occasional projects throughout the other boroughs. We work in both residential and commercial properties.

Services Performed:

• Grout cleaning and restoration
• Re-grouting showers, floors, and other tiled surfaces
• Grout color sealing
• Tile and stone cleaning
• Natural stone polishing and restoration
• Caulking and detail work

Experience in grout, tile, stone restoration, flooring, construction, or a related trade is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Experience is not as important as reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. If you're dependable, take pride in your work, and want to learn a specialized trade, we are willing to invest in training the right person.

• Able to work clean and protect customers' homes and businesses
• Professional with strong customer service skills
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working on your knees for extended periods of time

Transportation:

Having your own reliable vehicle is a huge plus. Work-related vehicle expenses are paid.

Compensation & Flexibility:

• Independent Contractor (1099) opportunity
