Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter / Working Site Supervisor who can confidently lead projects from day-to-day on the job site while also performing skilled construction work.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be expected to manage crews, maintain job site organization, coordinate materials, follow plans, communicate effectively, and ensure projects are completed to a high standard.

The ideal candidate is highly skilled across multiple trades, organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in producing top-tier work.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations on remodeling projects
  • Perform skilled construction work including:
  • Framing
  • Drywall
  • Flooring
  • Window installation
  • Roofing repairs/replacements
  • Finish carpentry
  • General remodeling tasks
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and labor crews
  • Read and follow construction plans and scopes of work
  • Help schedule deliveries and manage material ordering
  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
  • Ensure work meets Mile High Remodel quality standards
  • Communicate project updates and potential issues to ownership
  • Help keep projects on schedule and moving efficiently
Qualifications

  • 5+ years of residential remodeling or construction experience
  • Strong leadership and crew management skills
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
  • Experience with whole-home remodels preferred
  • Must have strong knowledge of residential construction practices
  • Ability to read plans and execute projects accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Must own personal tools and a truck
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and team-first mentality
  • Bi-Lingual Spanish Speaking a Plus
