URGENTLY HIRING: Gutter Installation Technicians

Are you an experienced gutter installation professional ready to take the next step in your career? Straight Line Roofing & Construction, LLC is growing and looking for skilled Gutter Installation Technicians who take pride in quality workmanship, job-site safety, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Classification: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Pay Range: $20.00 –$38.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)

Location: Multiple (Bay Area/Contra Costa, Sacramento, and El Dorado Counties)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install gutters and downspouts according to specifications and blueprints.
• Utilize hand and power tools for fabrication and installation tasks.
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality and compliance with construction standards.
• Collaborate with team members to manage project timelines and resources.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on construction sites.
• Drive to various job sites as required, ensuring timely arrival and setup.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience installing gutters and downspouts on residential and/or commercial projects.
• Ability to accurately measure, cut, assemble, fasten, slope, seal, and inspect gutter systems, including end caps, miters, slip joints, butt joints, anchors, hangers, and downspouts.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, ladders, and gutter installation equipment safely and effectively.
• Ability to read job specifications, measurements, work orders, and installation instructions.
• Ability to climb, balance, crawl, crouch, kneel, stoop, lift, carry, and work at heights for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in year-round weather conditions and maintain a safe, clean job site.
• Must follow OSHA requirements, SLRC safety procedures, and safe work practices at all times.
• Must have a current, valid driver’s license and be able to travel to assigned job sites as needed.
• Must successfully complete required pre-employment background check and drug screening in accordance with applicable law and SLRC policy.
