Location: Local to the Oak Park, MI and Hazel Park, MI area.

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and versatile Handyman / Maintenance Technician to handle property upkeep, turns, and minor repairs in the Oak Park and Hazel Park areas. Because our properties and projects are concentrated in this immediate footprint, the ideal candidate must live locally to ensure prompt response times and minimal commute.
If you are a self-starter who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and can tackle a diverse checklist of property maintenance tasks independently, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Drywall & Carpentry: Hanging, taping, mudding, sanding, and seamlessly patching drywall; minor trim work.
- Painting: Interior and exterior painting, priming, and clean touch-up work.
- Basic Electrical: Swapping out wall outlets/switches, replacing light fixtures, installing ceiling fans, and troubleshooting basic electrical components safely.
- Basic Plumbing: Repairing leaky faucets, clearing minor drains, replacing garbage disposals, swapping showerheads, and handling basic toilet repairs/installations.
Job Requirements
Location: Must reside in or immediately adjacent to Oak Park, MI or Hazel Park, MI.
Experience: Proven experience as a handyman, residential maintenance technician, or contractor.
Tools: Must possess your own basic set of hand and power tools required to complete the tasks listed above.
Skills: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
