We are looking for a skilled and dependable

Handyperson with strong residential repair experience to join our growing company. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, can work independently, and has experience in both painting and general handyman tasks.

Part Time or Full Time available. Set your own hours.

Requirements:

• Must be able to cut paint cleanly without using tape
• Strong interior and exterior painting skills
• Experience with framing, trim work, drywall repair, and basic carpentry
• General handyman and property maintenance experience
• Ability to complete repairs efficiently and professionally
• Reliable transportation
• Must be dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Framing, building walls and lock/knob installation and woodwork

Preferred Skills:

• Light plumbing and electrical knowledge
• Experience working in rental properties and home renovations
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Good communication and customer service skills

Job Duties:

• Residential repainting and touch-ups
• Framing and repair work
• Drywall patching and finishing
• Property maintenance and repair tasks
• Preparing homes and apartments for new tenants
• General remodeling and repair work
