Hello, im looking to hire someone who is capable of handeling just about all aspects of trades on a 1099/contract basis and be able to have your own insurance.

You must know:

-Sheet rock (patching)
-Painting
-Flooring
-Carpeting
-Minor plumbing
-Minor electrical
-How to make screens
-Carpentry
-Installing toilets

What you will be doing:

-Mainly getting places ready to rent.
-You maybe sent to perform repairs at various locations as needed.

• inspection work orders.
• all other preventable maintenance

What you will bring:

• reliable transportation
• tools
• can do attitude
• be able to move fast as time is money

What we need from you:

- Be reliable and get the work done on time.
