Handyman : needed for Commercial real estate firm 40 hrs a week. Includes Health Insurance, 401 K, Van. Work consists of Ceiling Tiles, painting, caulking, drywall repairs, door and door repairs, plumbing repairs electric repairs etc. experience preferred. Work is within 50 miles of Center City. looking for a self starter with valid Drivers License.
