What You Get
✅ Full-time work — 40 hrs/week, steady work.
✅ Great pay — $40/hr (~$83k) + equity.
✅ Sign-on bonus — $2000 bonus after 30 days
✅ Great hours — Mon–Fri, 8:30–5:00. No nights/weekends.

What You’ll Do
🔹 Home repairs — carpentry, drywall, painting, light plumbing/electrical, smart devices.
🔹 Manage a small route — manage ~40 homes in the San Mateo/Daly City.
🔹 Build relationships — become homeowners’ trusted pro.
