Manpower is hiring an experienced Handyman to support a state-of-the-art Learning & Development facility in Hilliard, OH. If you're proactive, dependable, and take pride in keeping a workplace safe, organized, and well maintained, this could be a great opportunity for you.

✅ What You'll Do

• Perform general repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the facility
• Handle drywall, painting, doors, locks, fixtures, furniture, and ceiling tile repairs
• Complete minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks within your skill level
• Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize work orders
• Assemble, move, and set up furniture and equipment for training rooms and events
• Maintain clean and organized storage and common areas
• Monitor facility conditions and report larger issues to management or outside vendors

✅ What You Need

• 3+ years of handyman, building maintenance, or facilities experience
• Working knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting
• Ability to read work orders and manage multiple tasks independently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional approach when working in a corporate environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and climb ladders
• Basic hand tools preferred
• Availability for on-call support as required
