Handyman

Hello,
I’m looking for estimates for the following home projects:

• Fix gutters
• Extend/Connect downspouts to floor drain in basement
• Install a sump pump in the basement
• Enclose crawl space
• Exterior house painting
• Build small patio

I may have additional small projects as well.

I prefer **online estimates first** — I can send pictures and measurements.

I am looking for a **reliable handyman (not a large company)**, ideally someone who can handle multiple trades.

**Spanish-speaking handyman is welcome.**
