Handyman and Property Maintenance

Looking for a handyman that can manage several residential and a few commercial properties full time. Hours are 8-4 each day. $1000 per week. Full time position, every day. Must be RELIABLE and have a drivers license w/vehicle to travel between sites. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Must be relatively local to Morris County, Passaic County, and Bergen County.

Must be skilled enough to do the following on their own:

• Light Trim Work (add crown molding or window casing), ability to replace a door a plus
• Light Plumbing Work (Replace faucets, install a new toilet, replace a hot water heater)
• Light Electrical Work (replace Switches/Light Fixtures)
• Spackle to high quality, paint ready finish (Level 5)
• Prime and Paint Walls (a plus if you can handle a paint sprayer)
• Demolition and Moving / Lifting heavy objects
• Light landscaping including the ability to trim hedges and remove small trees w/chainsaw
• Other handyman type work including general property maintenance (gutter cleaning, powerwashing, etc)

** MUST OK WITH WALKING ON ROOFS, LIFTING HEAVY OBJECTS, AND DEMOLITION WORK
** MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
