Description
We are seeking an experienced handyman to provide ongoing maintenance and repair services for a professional office building occupied by a private wealth management firm. This position requires reliability, professionalism, and the ability to complete work to a high standard with minimal supervision.
Hours: Approximately 20 hours per month, as needed
Contract type: W-2 employee position (not an independent contractor role)
Responsibilities:
Routine building maintenance
Small repairs and fixes throughout the property
Painting and drywall patching
Minor plumbing repairs
Minor electrical repairs and troubleshooting
Other general maintenance and repair tasks as needed
Requirements:
Previous commercial building maintenance or handyman experience
Own tools and equipment
Reliable transportation
Ability to work independently
References from previous clients or employers
General liability insurance preferred
