This is more than just a maintenance role. It is an opportunity for someone who takes pride in running a building well, solving problems early, managing vendors professionally, and helping residents feel safe, respected, and at home. 49 one-bedroom apartments in one building. Congregate housing. Responsible for operating and maintaining the physical plant of The Marvin efficiently and productively. Experience in building maintenance issues or a related field.
