1. Perform Landscaping throughout the property.
2. Pressure-wash the driveway.
3. Confirm whether a sprinkler system is present and verify
4. Unlock or remove the bolt from the backyard gate lock.
5. Conduct pest control for activity observed in the
outbuilding and garage.
7. Add a dome to the light fixture in the entrance
8. Replace the carpet throughout the home.
9. Remove and replace the industrial trim in the master bathroom with
standard trim.
10. Have both fireplaces serviced and cleaned by a licensed tech, and
repaired as needed
11. Remove the living room drapery and patch the drywall as needed.
12. Inspect the dishwasher plumbing connections, and repair as needed.
13. Clean and seal the entry tile flooring.
14. Remove the wall paper in the master bedroom and repaint
15. Patch all nail holes throughout the home and touch up paint
16. Repair/ Replace the sewer line
17. Remove the nails in the utility room door and make sure it is operational
18. Replace the roof and all necessary sheathing
19. Add GFCI's where needed (Garage, Kitchen Bathrooms, exterior)
20. Install junction boxes/ Add covers to juntion boxes in attic and Laundry
21. Replace the burnt outlet cover
22. Replace the electrical Panel
23. Install CO detectors where needed
24. Ensure all Smoke detectors are working and add batteries if needed
25. Add water heater straps
26. Turn the water heater temperature down
27. Replace the furnace
28. Repair the leak under the Powder bathroom sink
29. Repair & secure the 4 footings in the crawlspace, Footing not in contact with cement
30. Shopvac all rodent droppings in the crawl space
