What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience in general construction, maintenance, or property services
• Ability to diagnose the source of leaks — roof, window, foundation, and more
• Comfortable with carpentry, drywall, painting, and exterior repairs
• Ability to lift and/or move 50–100 lbs
• Positive, professional attitude — you represent our company in the field
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Own standard hand and power tools
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

A Plus If You...

• Have experience leading or overseeing a crew
• Hold any trades or industry certifications
• Are bilingual
• Can provide strong professional references
