HandyMan Franchise Manager/Operator

We're a Nashville, TN based handyman company, expanding and looking for an experienced handyman/businesman who is capable of managing and operating one of our suburban Nashville regions.

Must be capable of handling all business aspects and responsibilities of our handyman franchise, which includes "swinging the hammer." Compensation is split in 50/50 partner format from the franchise income profit. We give you a company phone, keep it ringing, access to a company truck, tools and equipment. You give the estimates, you schedule the work, and then you do the work alone or sometimes with an additional helper. The more you want to accomplish, the more skilled you are, the easier it is, and the more you will make. We have a program that’s simple and easy to follow. This position is for someone who has salesman experience, works smart and handle's business. Usually a good fit for someone who is currently in the construction/handyman type field currently but wants to make more income.

Must have personal transportation, valid drivers license, and residential handyman experience.
Must have experience with sales, customer service, interior and exterior type construction/remodeling.
Must be willing to listen well, take advice and keep an open mind when it comes to each job.
Must be an apple/iphone user.
