We are looking for an experienced tradesperson who shares these high standards of ethics, accountability, and professionalism to join us as an independent contractor.

Scope of Services:

Carpentry & Framing: Drywall patching/repair, hanging interior and exterior doors, trim and baseboards, deck repairs, cabinetry fixes, and flat-pack furniture assembly.

Basic Plumbing: Fixing leaking faucets or pipes, replacing valves and showerheads, unclogging drains, clearing or replacing garbage disposals, and installing toilets or sinks.

Basic Electrical: Replacing light fixtures, ceiling fans, wall switches, outlets, and smoke detector batteries.

Painting & Surface Finishing: Drywall repairs, caulking (tubs, sinks, windows), interior/exterior touch-ups, pressure washing, and deck staining.

Hardware & Mounting: Securely mounting TVs, floating shelves, mirrors, blinds, and curtains into various wall materials.

General Maintenance: Cleaning gutters, weatherstripping, replacing HVAC filters, adjusting door hinges, and screen door repairs.

Requirements:
10+ years of experience in home services and general maintenance
Valid Driver's License and reliable Truck or Van
Own basic hand and power tools
Must be able to provide a W-9 form
Fluent English speaker

Desired Qualifications:Workers' Compensation Exemption & General Liability InsuranceBilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) is a plus

Compensation:$150 to $200 half-day / $250 to $400 full-day, or negotiated lump-sum price per project contract.
