Handyman - industrial property management company

Seeking a reliable, experienced handyman. We’re a small, family-based property management company in the Bayview neighborhood of SF. Our multi-unit warehouse properties are located around our Bayview office as well as Oakland, San Leandro and Hayward.

Responsibilities include:

Minor plumbing & electrical repairs
Painting, interior and exterior
Door, lock, and hardware repairs
Roof patching & repairs
Grounds maintenance
Utility meter reading 1 day per month
Other tasks as needed

Requirements:

Prior handyman or maintenance experience
Reliable transportation to/from work - company vehicle provided for work only
Your own tools
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently
Flexible scheduling

We’re a family office managing only our own properties for 50+ years. We’re seeking to add a new team member to learn the ropes from our seasoned crew of 2.
