Handyman / Landscaping------ part time or full time

Overview

We are a locally owned real estate development company seeking a dependable, experienced handyman / landscaper for ongoing maintenance support.

This role is ideal for someone recently retired or semi-retired who enjoys staying active, takes pride in their work, and is looking for steady, low-stress, guaranteed income in an interesting work environment.

What the Role Looks Like
15 - 30 hours per week, flexible schedule
Occasional on-call help for urgent issues (not frequent)
Independent work with clear priorities—no micromanagement

Responsibilities:

Landscaping
Pool maintenance
General repairs and upkeep:
Light electrical (fixtures, outlets, switches)
Basic plumbing (leaks, clogs, fixture swaps)
Carpentry (trim, basic)
Troubleshooting small issues before they become bigger ones
Painting
Landscaping
Pool maintenance

Help keep our spaces clean, safe, and running smoothly

Communicate clearly with management on what’s needed

Prior experience in maintenance, facilities
