Handyman maintenance $30 a hour

Experience House rehab specialist needed

Some who does painting, patch holes and drywall
Laminate floors
Knows how to hang ceiling fans
Change out outlets
Knows how to switch out doors and install door framing
Pretty much know how to make ready for rent
Starting pay is 30 hr
Must have tools and transportation
This is a 1099 position
You will get paid every Friday
You are responsible for filing your own taxes
