Handyman / Maintenance Contractor – ongoing work, North County SD

Local property owner looking for a reliable, multi-skilled handyman to work at several residential and commercial spaces in North County San Diego on an ongoing, as-needed basis.

Work includes minor plumbing and electrical, carpentry, drywall/patch/paint, doors and locks, fixtures, assembly/installs, tenant-turnover repairs, and preventative maintenance.

Looking for: 5+ years experience preferred, own tools and truck, dependable and responsive, comfortable working around tenants and staff, references or photos of past work. Independent contractor; invoice per job; W-9, business license and liability insurance required. Flexible scheduling; pay based on experience.
