Handyman / Maintenance Contractor – Vacation Rentals – Oʻahu

Aliʻi Beach Rentals is looking for reliable, experienced 1099 independent handyman contractors to help maintain our portfolio of approximately 150 short-term rental properties across Oʻahu.
We are specifically looking for contractors who can service Waikīkī, Mākaha, and Turtle Bay/North Shore. You can work one area or multiple areas depending on your availability.
Type of Work: Preventative maintenance inspections, minor plumbing and electrical repairs within handyman scope, furniture/fixture repairs, appliance troubleshooting, doors/locks, blinds, drywall/paint touch-ups, and general guest-related maintenance.

What We’re Looking For: Someone dependable, professional, responsive, comfortable working in occupied vacation rentals, and able to provide clear updates and photos after completing work. Must have reliable transportation and your own basic tools.
This is independent contractor (1099) work, not an employee position. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, licensing requirements, tools, and business expenses as applicable.
