Maintenance Technician – Rental Properties

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to handle work orders and maintenance issues for rental units.

Responsibilities include:

• General maintenance and light construction
• Measuring, cutting, assembling, inspecting, and repairing
• Troubleshooting and completing a variety of maintenance repairs
• Plumbing: troubleshooting and repairing leaks, installing and repairing pipes, drains, toilets, sinks, showers, and water heaters
• Replacing valves and garbage disposals
• Unclogging blocked drains and using a drain snake
• Painting, patching, and drywall repairs
• Electrical: replacing outlets, breakers, light fixtures, and performing basic electrical repairs
• Inspecting units and identifying maintenance issues
• Responding to work orders and completing repairs in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with general maintenance and repairs
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
• Reliable transportation and a personal vehicle required
• Own tools preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance requests

Position: Part-time or Full-time
