Handyman Needed

We need a handyman for general maintenance and repairs for AS NEEDED WORK. WE PAY $50/HOUR Must have a clean criminal record and live in or around Independence.
We purchase all major appliances for jobs and contractor must have a truck for pick-ups.
We need someone experienced in various trades including plumbing, electrical, painting, etc. Must also be experienced in repair work for TENANT MOVE-OUTS.

Include the following in your response:
1. How many years have you done maintenance and repair work
2. All trades you have experience
3. Will provide 3 references upon request
4. Located in or around the Independence area
5. If you have liability insurance and the level of the insurance
6. If you have workman’s compensation insurance
7. Willing to undergo a criminal background check
