Skills Needed

Drywall patching & painting

Wall damage repair

Trim and baseboard repair

Door alignment & hardware replacement

Flooring and tile repairs

Faucet replacement

Toilet repair

Garbage disposal replacement

Light fixture & ceiling fan installation

Outlet and switch replacement

Lock changes

Rekey service (preferred)

Deadbolt replacement

Door hardware upgrades

Furniture assembly

Requirements

Must have a reliable vehicle.

Must be dependable, punctual, and professional.

Must provide excellent customer service.

Must complete jobs efficiently without sacrificing quality.

Own tools are preferred.

Don't Have Tools?

We can provide a complete professional tool set.

$300 deposit to start.

Total tool deposit: $1,500.

We deduct $150 from your daily earnings until the $1,500 tool deposit is paid in full.

Pay

30% commission on each completed job for satisfactory work.

Example: A $1,000 job = $300 paid to you.
