Flexible schedule available, including late afternoons and weekends.

Seeking a reliable, experienced handyman for a variety of property maintenance tasks, including:
Replacing toilet wax rings, sink faucets, shower cartridges, dishwashers and water heaters. Drain rodding and pipe soldering.
Installing doors, tiles, vinyl plank flooring, electrical outlets and ceiling fans.
Drywall patching and painting, concrete work, roof and siding repairs.
Tenant move-out cleaning, gutter cleaning, and tree trimming.
Experience with HVAC/furnace repair and appliance repair is a strong plus.

Reliable transportation is required.
