Handyman needed for 16 Apartment units

handyman for Astrid Place Apartments, a 4-building 16-unit apartment complex located at
5201 San Juan Ave, Fair Oaks, California.

Here is what we are looking for:

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced handyman to handle general repairs and
maintenance tasks for our apartment complex. Your primary
responsibility will be to perform various repair jobs. As an
independent contractor, you'll have the flexibility to work during
evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:

· * General repair tasks such as painting, patching, and
installing replacement parts.

· * Fix and replace broken fixtures, appliances, and equipment in
a timely and efficient manner.

· * Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure the longevity of
the apartments.

· * Keeping records of repairs performed and materials used.

Requirements:

· * Experience in general repairs and maintenance work.

· * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· * Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.

· * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact
with tenants professionally.

· * Own transportation and tools to carry out the job effectively.

· * Minimum availability of 4-8 hours per week, could be more for
apartment turnovers. On average about 25 up to 40 hours per month
