Handyman Needed for Rental Properties | | $35/h

Hello!

We operate a short-term rental business in Providence, RI, and are looking for a reliable, experienced handyman to assist with ongoing maintenance at our properties.

We have maintenance needs on a weekly basis, ranging from routine repairs and preventative maintenance to occasional emergency calls. We’re looking for someone dependable, responsive, and comfortable troubleshooting a variety of property issues.

Typical tasks may include:

• General property maintenance and repairs
• Light carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs
• Basic HVAC troubleshooting
• Appliance troubleshooting (washers, dryers, stoves, etc.)
• Installing smart locks, cameras, thermostats, and other devices
• Furniture assembly and moving
• TV mounting
• Basic plumbing repairs
• Other general handyman tasks as needed

Pay: $35/hour, paid via PayPal only (We pay weekly every Monday)
