We have several clients with needs in this market, mostly on tenant occupied homes.

OUR PROCESS

• We share a job scope and tenant availability with you
• You receive a text of the confirmed appointment
• You show up assess/bid
• You report job with notes and pictures using a provided link
• Submit estimates from the site
• Submit completion form and photos from the site
• BEFORE, DURING, and AFTER photos along with a detailed summary will be your fastest way to more jobs
• We reconcile and processes the invoice to be paid via direct deposit
• $50 per hour for labor – No Book Rates
• Communicate on-site for any adjustments.
• Communicate clearly and timely plus quality workmanship, you'll succeed
• Remember, you don't have to advertise, pay referral fees, schedule work, or chase down payments like you would for other work. We absorb all those expenses.

If interested, join us for one of our standing Q&A sessions. Ideal candidates are contractors, skilled tradesman and/or general handymen. Qualifying candidates will carry G/L insurance at a minimum. WC insurance is ideal but not required.
