Handyman / Property Maintenance Position

Batra Property Management is looking for reliable and hardworking handymen to assist with property maintenance throughout New York City.

Responsibilities include:

Painting apartments and commercial spaces

Cleaning and preparing units for new tenants
Changing light fixtures, bulbs, smoke detectors, and other basic maintenance items
Performing minor repairs and touch-ups
Running real estate and property management errands
Assisting with apartment turnovers and inspections
Picking up and delivering supplies as needed

Requirements:

Experience with basic handyman work

Reliable transportation is a plus
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Strong attention to detail
Punctual, dependable, and professional
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
