Handyman/ property maintenance tech

We are looking for a dedicated, responsible, handyman/ property maintenance tech. The right person could end up as a crew supervisor in time.

We are a small family owned and operated property maintenance company that is growing rapidly and we are looking to add to our team.

Bilingual would be great but not required.

Must have excellent communication skills, be capable of multi-tasking, and having a great attitude.
Basic job duties include but are not limited to;
-Minor electrical-ballasts, lighting, outlets, etc
-Minor plumbing- toilet kits, instahot installations etc
-Painting
-Minor drywall repair
-Laminate flooring and vct install
-Baseboard installation
-Any other duties assigned by office/ manager on duty
-Plus much more

Monday-Friday 8-5

Saturday/ Sunday off

Must have reliable transportation, tools, and be responsible
