Handyman / Skilled Craftsman – Northern Virginia

House Doctors of Manassas is hiring experienced Handymen and Skilled Craftsmen for full-time residential repair and home improvement work across Northern Virginia.

PAY & BENEFITS

$32.00 – $38.00 / hour starting pay (based on verified experience and skill depth)
100% Paid On-Duty Drive Time (paid full hourly rate while traveling between job sites)

Take-Home Company Van & Fuel Card Provided for work travel

Earned Paid Time Off (PTO): Earn 1 week of PTO every 6 months (2 full weeks in Year 1, up to 3 weeks at 5 yrs)

NO In-House Sales or Estimating: You focus strictly on quality craft work. Our office dispatch team manages all billing, scheduling, and customer support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform high-quality residential and light commercial repairs, maintenance, and small home improvements.
Multi-trade work including general carpentry, drywall patching/repair, door and window adjustments, minor plumbing repairs, light electrical fixture installs, and hardware replacement.
Deliver exceptional work and maintain a clean, respectful presence in customers' homes.

REQUIREMENTS
3+ to 5+ years of hands-on experience in home maintenance, general carpentry, remodeling, or multi-trade handyman work.
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Must own a basic set of personal hand and power tools (specialty tools provided).
Strong problem-solving skills, punctuality, and professional customer service mindset.
