Handyman/ technician wanted - also all trades wanted - flexible sched

We are looking for technicians for oahu for all trades . We are very much in need of an overall handyman also . We need also hvac tech, electrician ( lic. Journeyman , plumber ,) we do service work for the multinational stores . It's very flexible , we call you and see if you can take the work order and if you can , you give us an eta. Do you can schedule according to your schedule . At this time we have a lot of work for an overall handyman . A lot of it requires going to site and doing an assessment of the situation . Looking for somsome to start right away .

Most of the plumbing is clogged or leaking toilets , sinks or drains . We have some locations where we have to go do maintenance checklists which pretty much entails filling out a form and checking the status of the location. Taking photos , etc .
We are easy to work with . We pay for all materials and pay weekly . W2 or 1099 is okay. We are based in Hilo but have a lot of work on oahu . I am in town and hoping to do some interviews today 3/31 or tomorrow 4/1 .

Must be proficient at email , text and communicating , report pictures and sign off sheets, checklists are to be sent in before leaving the job site . This is the most important requirement for this position so make sure if you apply you understand this and have no issue sending email , report from your phone .

It says part time but it's really up to the individual how much work they can take . For a handyman we have pretty much full time work. For plumbing we have several work orders per week . Maybe between 3-10 per week depending on how busy it is .
Electrical we have 3-5 work orders per week. For handyman work we have a lot of work . Minimum requirement mid level experience in construction / service and can communicate and use smart phone and are reliable .

Handyman $40-$50/ hour depending on experience

Lic . Journeyman $60/ hour
Day rates , after hours time and half and emergency work ( same day response is almost double )
