Handyman / Tradesperson Wanted — South Austin, Grow With Us (1099)

South Austin Solutions is a growing home & commercial services company based in South Austin. We do handyman work, painting, flooring, small remodels, appliance installs, and more across the Austin area — and we have steady work available.

We're hiring an experienced, motivated handyman who wants to grow with our company. This is a 1099 / W-9 role for an individual (not a subcontracting company or crew). You'll take on dispatched jobs, work independently to get them done right, and build a long-term working relationship with us as we scale.

WHAT YOU'LL DO — Material delivery · Painting and prep · LVP and laminate flooring · Basic plumbing · Basic electrical · Appliance installation · Carpentry

HOW IT WORKS — 1099/W-9 independent contractor (you invoice us, handle your own taxes) · We front and supply materials; you bring the skill and tools · Paid 7 days after job completion · Compensation discussed at interview — competitive, based on experience

WHAT YOU NEED — Own tools and equipment · Own vehicle + current vehicle insurance · Able to pass a background check AND drug screen · Real hands-on experience across the trades above · Punctual and professional · Works independently, manages own methods · Communicates effectively in English for client coordination and jobsite/safety communication

Work is in the "Greater Austin area". Start Date: Immediately.
