Handyman Wanted – Property Maintenance & Turnovers – $20-25/hr

A growing property management company managing close to 100 rental units across Northeast Ohio, mostly in the Painesville and Willoughby area, is looking for an additional handyman to join our crew.

You'll work under our lead repair manager on:

• Unit turnovers between tenants
• General maintenance and repair calls
• Full rehab projects

Requirements:

• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
• Painting
• Cleaning
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Must pass a background check

Pay starts at $20-25/hr depending on experience, with room to grow.
