Position Overview

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician / Handyman with strong multi-trade experience to support residential and HOA properties.

This role is ideal for someone skilled in electrical, drywall, painting, and exterior repairs who takes pride in high-quality work, reliability, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
-Complete maintenance, repair, and installation work orders across multiple properties
-Perform electrical repairs (outlets, switches, lighting, GFCIs, ceiling fans, breaker panels)-
-Handle drywall repair, patching, and installation
-Execute interior and exterior painting and staining
-Perform exterior maintenance (siding, fascia, gutters, seal coating)
-Troubleshoot and repair lighting systems and fixtures
-Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
-Communicate effectively with property managers and HOA clients
-Manage time efficiently and complete jobs right the first time

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
-Roofing experience
-Masonry experience

Requirements
-3–5+ years of maintenance technician, handyman, or multi-trade experience
-Experience working in residential, HOA, or property management environments
-Strong knowledge of electrical, drywall, and general repairs
-Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs occasionally)
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-Own basic hand tools
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
