Handyman / Carpenter

Employment: W-2 employee, minimum 40 hours per week

Compensation: Based on experience

We’re hiring multiple position for skilled handymen or carpenters for our manufacturing facility. We hand build each backyard guest homes (ADU’s) in Riviera Beach, Florida factory. We’re looking for a dependable team member(s) who takes pride in clean, detailed work.

Responsibilities

• Install kitchen cabinets, cabinet faces, and cabinet handles
• Install microwaves and dishwashers
• Install interior and exterior doors and door handles
• Install windows, trim pieces
• Frame walls and other features using wood or light metal framing
• Patching, finishing, and repairs
• Keep factory clean and organized

**Requirements**

• Solid experience across multiple remodeling trades
• Ability to work independently and follow directions
• Clear verbal communication in English
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Dependability, punctuality, and attention to detail

This is a W-2 employee position with a minimum of 40 hours per week and opportunities to grow with the company. We’re looking for someone interested in joining the team long term, rather than taking on subcontract or side work.
