Handyman / Finish Carpenter Needed — Cohoes Apartment Project

We’re looking for a reliable handyman to help finish apartments in a multi-unit building in Cohoes.

Work includes:

Laminate flooring

Interior door installation
Baseboards, trim, and mouldings
Painting and touch-ups
General punch-list work to get units rent-ready

Looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and can work efficiently. Experience with apartment turnovers, finish carpentry, and rental make-ready work is a big plus.

This is immediate work, with the possibility of ongoing projects.
