About Us

We're a fix-and-flip and real estate company in the Denver metro area completing approximately one to three renovation projects per month. Our reputation depends on delivering polished, market-ready properties, and the final 30% of every project is where that reputation is made.

Responsibilities

Once all major mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural work is complete, you take over the property and carry it to the finish line. You'll independently complete all finish work (listed below) within an agreed-upon timeframe, delivering a polished, market-ready home. This role is for an individual, or an individual with a small helper crew, who personally performs the work. We are not looking for general contractors or companies that subcontract the work out.

Required Skill Set

All applicants must be able to personally perform the following tasks at a professional level. This is not a learn-on-the-job position.

Finish Carpentry: Hang cabinets; cut and install baseboards; bore and align new door slabs; install prehung doors; install bypass and bifold doors; cut and install door casing; install cabinet and door hardware.

Electrical Finishes: Install light fixtures; install ceiling fans; replace receptacles (including GFCI); replace switches; install cover plates; install smoke/CO alarms; install bathroom exhaust fans; install doorbells.

Plumbing Finishes: Install sink faucets (including P-traps and supply lines); replace shut-off/angle stop valves; install bathtub fixtures; install toilets (including wax rings); install dishwashers; run refrigerator water lines; install garbage disposals; caulk and waterproof around sinks, fixtures, and tubs.

Patching, Painting & Final Details: Drywall and corner repairs; patch and paint repairs; paint doors, baseboards, and trim; install towel racks, toilet paper holders, and bathroom mirrors; install mailbox and address numbers; clean up/out construction debris.

Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on residential renovation or finish work. Three references required.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage your own scope, timeline, and materials.
• Must have own tools to complete all jobs listed above and a truck suitable to pick up materials.
• Individuals or small teams only; no GCs or companies that subcontract work out.

Pay/Compensation

• $50-$65 per hour paid weekly against milestones.
• $10-$15 per hour bonus on all hours worked, paid upon timely completion of project.
• Total compensation $60-80 / hour.
• Projects must be worked on consecutive weekdays, start to finish.
