Duties

• Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and drywall installation.
• Execute remodeling projects such as cabinet installation, flooring installation, tile laying, trim carpentry, and fixture installation.
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently to complete projects on time.
• Conduct construction inspections to ensure quality standards are met throughout each phase of work.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction, remodeling, or handyman services with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation.
• Skilled in various trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting and flooring (tile laying).
• Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and quality assurance.
• Excellent physical stamina to perform demanding tasks on construction sites daily.
