Description
Skilled handyman/maintenance tech for two apartment complexes in Sonoma County (Santa Rosa and Rohnert Park). Requires reliable truck, excellent communication, all phases maintenance and repairs including, but not limited to, plumbing, electric (up to breakers), appliance repairs, pool monitoring, grounds maintenance (not landscaping). Must be self-starter. Full time.
