Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Handyman / Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Little Area. This position requires hands-on experience in general construction, plumbing, and basic electrical work.

This is not an entry-level position — we need someone who can think independently, solve problems on-site, and complete repairs efficiently without constant supervision. Must be able to use a phone app to communicate - spanish or english.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance and repair of residential properties
• Light plumbing repairs (hot water tanks, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, minor leaks, etc.)
• Basic electrical troubleshooting (outlets, switches, light fixtures)
• Drywall repair, trim work, door hardware, and minor carpentry
• Diagnose issues and determine best repair solutions
• Communicate clearly with management regarding work orders
• Maintain clean and professional job sites

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction or property maintenance
• Working knowledge of plumbing and basic electrical systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and common-sense approach to repairs
