Handyman/Woman Job

We are hiring a dependable, skilled Handyman who can handle day‑to‑day residential and small commercial repairs. This role requires someone with common sense, strong communication skills, and the ability to walk into a home, assess the issue, and solve the problem without hand‑holding. You must represent the company professionally at all times. A company van is provided for all job‑related travel.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general repairs including drywall, doors, trim, flooring, minor plumbing, minor electrical, roofing patches, fencing, and other common home issues

Diagnose problems on‑site and provide clear explanations to homeowners

Complete work orders efficiently, accurately, and with high attention to detail

Maintain a clean work area and professional appearance

Communicate clearly with dispatch, office staff, and customers

Provide before/after photos for every job

Follow company workflow and document all work performed

Ensure all work meets code and company standards

Represent the company with professionalism, respect, and integrity

Requirements

Valid driver’s license (required)

Ability to speak clearly and confidently with homeowners

Strong problem‑solving ability and common sense

Experience with general home repairs

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on‑site

Professional appearance and customer‑friendly attitude

Must be punctual, dependable, and detail‑oriented

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments

Clean driving record suitable for company vehicle use

Preferred Skills

Basic plumbing repairs (leaks, clogs, fixtures)

Basic electrical repairs (outlets, switches, lighting)

Roofing patch/vent sealing experience

Carpentry and finish work

Experience working with homeowners or property management
