We are building our vendor bench and need reliable pros for recurring general maintenance work — 20+ work orders per week — in these trades:
- General repairs / handymen
- Painting
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- 20+ recurring work orders per week on metro Atlanta homes — year-round volume, no off-season
- Invoice with photos — paid within 3 days via ACH or Zelle
- Clear scopes and terms agreed before work begins
- Reliable vendors earn priority dispatch and first call on larger jobs
- General liability insurance
- Own truck and tools
- Smartphone for photo documentation
