Handymen Wanted — Steady SFR Work Orders, Net-3 Pay

Renova is hiring handymen for ongoing repair and turnover work orders on single-family rentals across San Bernardino and the Inland Empire. Recurring vendor work with year-round volume — we assign orders to a small, committed bench so our vendors stay busy.

Typical scope: general repairs, drywall & paint, door and lock changes, fixture swaps, flooring patches, appliance installation, trash-outs, landscaping. Handyman-scope jobs (under California's $1,000 handyman limit) unless you hold a CSLB license.

Pay: Net-3 after completed, documented work — ACH, QuickBooks, or Zelle. Material support for established vendors.

Our commitment: consistent weekly assignments and priority dispatch for reliable vendors. Yours: quality work, fast response, photo documentation every job.

Requirements: general liability insurance, own truck & tools, smartphone.
