Renova is partnering with handymen and repair techs for ongoing work orders on single-family rental properties across the Indianapolis metro. 🏠 This is recurring vendor work, NOT one-off gigs — our clients send maintenance and turnover orders year-round, and we route them to a small, dedicated bench of local vendors with a strong work ethic.
