Renova is partnering with handymen and repair techs for ongoing work orders on single-family rental properties across Virginia Beach and greater Hampton Roads. 🏠 This is recurring vendor work, NOT one-off gigs — our clients send maintenance and turnover orders year-round, and storm season keeps board-up and repair calls coming on top of that.

🛠️ TYPICAL WORK: ✅ General repairs ✅ Drywall & paint ✅ Door/lock changes ✅ Fixture swaps ✅ Flooring patches ✅ Appliance install ✅ Trash-outs ✅ Landscaping touch-ups ✅ Storm board-ups

🤝 OUR COMMITMENT: Steady weekly assignments for vendors who finish on time and document their work. Dependable vendors get priority dispatch during storm season + first call on larger jobs. ⭐

💰 PAY: Net-3 after completed work and invoice — via ACH, QuickBooks, or Zelle. 💵 Material support available for established vendors.
