Renova is Partnering with handymen and repair techs for ongoing work orders on single-family rental properties across the Nashville area. 🏠 This is recurring vendor work, NOT one-off gigs — our clients send maintenance and turnover orders year-round, and we assign them to a small, committed local vendor bench with great work ethic.

🤝 OUR COMMITMENT: Consistent weekly assignments for vendors who complete work on time and document it properly. Reliable vendors get priority dispatch + first call on larger jobs. ⭐

💰 PAY: Net-3 after completed work and invoice — via ACH, QuickBooks, or Zelle. 💵 Material support available for established vendors.
