Handymen Wanted — Steady Weekly Work Orders, Net-3 Pay (Denver & Color

Renova is hiring handymen and repair techs for ongoing work orders on single-family rental properties across Denver and Colorado Springs. This is recurring vendor work, not one-off gigs—our clients send maintenance and turnover orders year-round, and we assign them to a small, committed vendor bench.

Typical work: Mostly general repairs, drywall & paint, door/lock changes, fixture swaps, flooring patches, appliance installation, trash-outs, and landscaping.

Our commitment: Consistent weekly assignments for vendors who complete work on time and document it properly. Reliable vendors get priority dispatch and first call on larger jobs.

Pay: Net-3 after completed work and invoice — via ACH, QuickBooks, or Zelle. Material support available for established vendors.

Requirements:

General liability insurance (COI before first job)

Own truck, tools, smartphone for photo documentation
